I have added Synapse Dune Vst to my Magix Vst folder,when I opened my DWA I loaded the Vst & had a play around with it, my DAW crashed & it doesnt allow me to load Dune VST any more.

 I have completely removed the new vst from all files & I have even un-installed Magix music MX Premium .I was told by a friend that I may need to add to an Exception list but I dont know where to find this,can you help

I have 2 Magix products 

Magix Music Maker 15 Premium 

Magix Music MX Premium

Both dont allow me to load the new VSti

I have tried to install the new vst which is called Synapse Dune 32 bit Vst plugin to both magix DAW's

I use Windos 7 - 160 gig memory 2.9gh processor 1 gig RAM

When & who it occurs, I add the new Vst in to Magic Vst folder, I then load Maix MX Premium, I go to add Vst go to Vst folder & load the VST the only that happens is on the syn & vst section the screen looks as though something has been loaded but not where the rest of the Vsts are.....
