I did not get activation code for HEVC Export-image removed by Moderator- already cash credited from my account.

I have removed the image from your post as it is showing information which should not be posted in the forum.

Check your email spam filters for the email with the serial number - it should begin with HEVCIC-.

If the email is not there then contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net
