I signed up for registration, and did not get the free trial code even though I signed up and downloaded the free trial....... WHY!?!?!?!?! IT HAS BEEN HOURS. SO MANY HOURS I HAVE WAITED.
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one who posts here can really help you, sorry!
However, are you certain you entered your email address correctly on the registration screen?? Have you checked your Spam folder (it is not unknown for emails from magix.com to be sent there by your email client or server)?
If you are sure that everything was correctly entered the only thing I can suggest is that you email infoservice@magix.net with full details of the problem and ask for their assistance.
