difficulties in Downloading my store content in MEP

Hi Yousif.

Sometimes boxes that need to be closed appear behind the MEP program. Check your task bar and see if the program that needs to be shut down appears there and either right click it and shut it down or bring it to the front of MEP by clicking on the task bar icon and then closing it. Then try the 'Retry' button.

Could be.

Try it. The only thing is, once downloaded you may have to get that open again to register it on their website to get full function once loaded.

I know I had a similar problem once but can't remember if that is what I shut down or not for sure. I think so.

Hi Yousif.

I think I remember now. Leave the download program open but shut down Movie Edit Pro. Wait a few seconds to make sure MEP is totally shut down and try to continue the download.

i shut down MEP and wait and i try again with New Blue color fast 2 it work normally but when i try to download New Blue elements 3 overlay and i use same steps like shut down MEP, it dosnt work and a new window appear it say it is something blocking the installation and i dont have any applcation is opened and i chech my antivirus total security ( Bitdefender ) i didnt found any thing wrong .

Hi Yousif.

Some anti-virus programs see some of the files as potentially threatening and the only way round that is to turn off any Anti-virus or similar programs off during the install. Check task Manager to see what is running. Do not visit any other sites or open emails until the download finishes or open other programs.

If that fails you may have to get in contact with Magix for their advice or wait here to see if anyone else can help.

Thank to you for your help , you do your best , i contact Magix support before 1 monuth ago they also try to help but without solving the problem .

Hi Yousif.

The only other thing I can think to try is to turn off Windows Defender for a short period. If you can. I have never had to try. There is a section that allows apps through the firewall but which app should you choose? I have no idea. It is not without some risk.

Do you have any other programs that could stop the download like Spybot Search and Destroy?

Sorry foy my delay to answer your letter because i was a little bit busy .

thanks for a lot of the information that you told me , i try what you said to me i shut down my internet security program ( Bitdefender ) and also shut down MEP and every thing goes well and i download the New Blue effects without any window opened since downloding .

Do have any idea how to download ( Titler EX for MAGIX ) before i have in my MEP and i use it in writing i know it is old but i like it in writing a text in the movie ?

Hi Yousif.

Not all third party effects have an unlimited lifespan.If it is not listed in your download section it may not be available or even work in the new version. My experience with MEP doesn't go back that far, so if I'm wrong someone else will step in and tell you.
