Difficulty Downloading Content Pack- Video Pro X17

I'm having difficulty downloading the Content Pack(s) in the Help Menu of VPX17. I entered the G- code from my purchase confirmation letter, hit continue, then the dialog box went away. Something had said to look for your download in the Store and then download it from there, but there is nothing I can see in the store except for content that you pay for. There is nothing that has appeared in the Effects Menu either under Extra Effects. My Coupon code has now been used and I have nothing to show for it. Any ideas?

Download speed: approx. 56 mbs down, 12 mbs up

OS: Windows 11

Yes. I clicked on Help / Activate Content Pack(s). A dialog box popped up asking for the Coupon Code which I copied/pasted from my confirmation letter. After clicking on "continue", the dialog box disappeared. After waiting awhile, I tried activating again and got a message saying the code had already been used. Somewhere I read to check the Store to see if my content was there. But all I could find was content that you pay for.

I emailed both the Magix Shop and infoservice@magix.net this afternoon, but no reply yet. Hopefully something tomorrow. Any thoughts? Bob

Hi.

Install extra content is the tab above Activate Content Packs.

When you click on the Install extra content tab what do you see?

Everything downloaded should not have a tick against it.

Then what do you see under extra effects?

Have you downloaded the plugins from there?

Thanks for coming alongside, CubeAce. You're a breatyour system. I've already loaded that and all the tick boxes are empty.

Here's what I'm seeing under Extra Effects. There's the download icon for proDAD Hide V2 (which has already been downloaded and is functional- it just doesn't show that way on this menu list- yet another issue) and the plug-ins icon. Here's the picture...

I'll have to continue this in the next post. Having difficulty adding another picture here...

When I click on plug-ins (with a media source active in the arranger), I get this...

So apparently there are no new plug-ins added. When I go searching in the Store for my Content Packs, I get this...

Everything in the store has a dollar sign attached to it under each type of media- transitions, theme packs, additional products- everything. There is no media sitting there waiting for me to continue the activation process. I selected Activate Content Packs from the Help Menu, the system took my coupon code and now I have nothing to show for it.

Just so you know, I paid full freight for VPX17 in the hopes of getting all the extra transitions (particle and otherwise), etc. The package includes Boris FX and several proDAD add-ons all with separate coupon codes. I've just attempted the proDAD HideV2 so far. The Ultimate Content Pack is also included which is what I think I'm looking for. This is where the coupon code that I used came from. Here's what the confirmation letter looks like. I redacted the actual code.

Btw, I just noticed the first line of my previous post got bolixed by trying to add a 3rd picture. It's supposed to read "You're a breath of fresh air. I've already installed the extra content you suggested above and my system looks just like your system."

The Ultimate Content Pack should show up for download under the Templates tab, Themepacks.

Wow, John, you are da man! Thank you for that! Boy was that buried! It was in there the whole time. You'd have thought Magix would've given some direction on that. Annoyed that I had to waste so much time but REALLY grateful that you and CubeAce helped me find the content so it all balances out.

One last request if you wouldn't mind- I'm looking for a good particle transition for the end of my video where the image scatters out. There might be a couple of candidates in the Ultimate Content material but is there any other good source of particle transitions that you know of?

That's a good one, Ray. I was looking for more of an atomization of the image with no jagged edges- similar to people disappearing in a Star Trek transporter. Don't worry about it. The video's done and I used another effect that's different but works ok. Thanks.
