Difficulty Downloading Content Pack- Video Pro X17

I'm having difficulty downloading the Content Pack(s) in the Help Menu of VPX17. I entered the G- code from my purchase confirmation letter, hit continue, then the dialog box went away. Something had said to look for your download in the Store and then download it from there, but there is nothing I can see in the store except for content that you pay for. There is nothing that has appeared in the Effects Menu either under Extra Effects. My Coupon code has now been used and I have nothing to show for it. Any ideas?

Yes. I clicked on Help / Activate Content Pack(s). A dialog box popped up asking for the Coupon Code which I copied/pasted from my confirmation letter. After clicking on "continue", the dialog box disappeared. After waiting awhile, I tried activating again and got a message saying the code had already been used. Somewhere I read to check the Store to see if my content was there. But all I could find was content that you pay for.

I emailed both the Magix Shop and infoservice@magix.net this afternoon, but no reply yet. Hopefully something tomorrow. Any thoughts? Bob
