Disk replacement

After a PC crash I wanted to reinstall Movie Edit Pro Premium US) from the backup disk, which was still in its original shipping jacket. Unfortunately the disk was damaged, mostly during shipping..

After a unfortunate crash, I wanted to reinstall Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium from my backup disk

I have kept the disk in the original mailer, but when I tried to install the program I found out that it was damaged, possibly during shipment.

Is there a way to get an replacement?

It was ordered on 2/16/2018
