I just saw that MEP 2014 is out.  I'm hesitant to make any purchase unless I know that the severe DVD menu creation bugs have been fixed.  I love the program for editing but don't want to suffer through the troubes of DVD menu creation I documented here;

Please post a response if you find that the developers have or have not solved the issues.  I'd also be interested if (after editing, but before chapter marking) anyone exports bluray quality files to a stand alone bluray/DVD menu creation program.
