Does music maker 17 have the have the voice capabilities of music maker 15

I am new to music maker. I have version 7. I was never able to get it to work right. This was years ago. Recently I found music maker 15. From my understanding it has the ability to take a persons voice and it will give you the different harmonies. From my understanding it was new to this version. Does music maker 17 have that ability? I am an amuture music writer and I have struggled with how to find harmonies for voice. I was just wondering if music maker 17 would do what music maker 15 can for the voice harmonies. Thanks

I have used various Music Maker version and now I got MMM 16 Premium. Before this I had MMM 16 when I noticed this Harmony feature and some others in MMM 16 Premium I upgraded. Here is a link to make you understand what it is

As in Music Maker 16 Harmony(elastic audio)feature was not available there is a possibility in Music Maker 17 it might not be included. Friendly advice, if you can buy always try for Music Maker (Premium version) that got more features than Standard version Music Maker.

in Music Maker 17 Premium you will find elastic audio easy. It´s the little brother of the big elastic audio, which you will find in the professional daw (digital audio workstation) Samplitude 11 Pro.

For Music Maker and Samplitude difference you should read answer here they are very detailed and help you. If budget and time allow then Samplitude is professional. For easy learner like me, Music Maker or Music Maker Premium version is good. Check the difference here:

only to be sure, that we´re talking about the same products, because your new to them. Music Maker is the base product of the portfolio. It´s loop-based with Midi-functions. Music Maker premium has more content and functions. The semi-pro more studio oriented product is Samplitude 11.5 Producer. It has more features and possibilities as Music Maker and allows you toget in touch with professional recording and costs 199$. The next step is Samplitude 11. It´s a complete DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) with lots of features for a professional production, but those feauteres can be hard to handle for an amateur and it needs a lot of time to use the possibilities in the right way. Then comes Samplitude 11 Pro. This 999$-software is an musical weapon, because it allows to handle audio and Midi in a way, an amateur never heard of ;) and here is the full version of elastic audio included. The biggest DAW is Sequoia but trust me, you don´t need that software if you don´t want to broadcast somethin in a professional way or want to record a whole orchestra or Depeche Mode (they used it to record their last world tournee) ;)

 

To make you an advice: if you completely new to this kind of software, start with Music Maker Premium. You can learn the basics and get familiar with VST and VSTi.

If you would like to record your band or want to go a step deeper in music production, then try Samplitude 11.5 producer. Trust me, there is no semi-professional software in the world, which give you as much features as Samplitude 11.5 producer.

Thank you for the information. It was helpful. I am going to purchase one of these in the next week or two and start from there. I will probably start with Samplitude 11.5. Thanks again
