cant register my product, seems like i dont de register wen i format the computer i want to manage my products and in my acount dont let me movie edit pro 2013

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
MEP 2013 is now a rather old product and so may be too old to allow activation/deactivation and registration via your on-line Magix account. It may also not function fully under any recent version of Windows 10.
If you cannot register and activate it via your account, you need to email infoservice@magix.net giving full details of the problem (along with your email address used to originally register the product, your original order number and serial key, your current email address if it is different to the one you originally registered with, etc., etc.) and ask that they reset your registration details and activation record.
