Download fails

I'm trying to download movie edit using the link provided in my purchase confirmation email. The link I am using is as follows:

Confidential download link removed by Moderator

However, after clicking 'I am not a robot' and confirming the next page shows thet the download will start shortly, or I can click the link to start it immediately, however no download starts. Could you confirm if the link is still valid please?

I have tried the link for the manual Confidential download link removed by Moderator and this works fine.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff, sorry.

Because this is a public forum, without the presence of Magix staff, I have edited your post to remove the essentially confidential download links to your product, with apologies.

It is possible there is a problem with the download server so you should, perhaps, try again later.

However, you say you have purchased MEP 2018. Given the age of the product I assume this is NOT a new purchase? If so, have you previously owned and used it but now need to reinstall it? In that situation, go to your Magix account, log and go to My products. Search for the listing for MEP 2018 where you will find the download for the installer and your product/serial key.

Hi Jeff. Thanks for your response. I've just got it working as I already had it installed elsewhere I had to deactivate it on my old PC first for the download to start. Or atleast that what I think fixed it. But its working now. Thanks agin. John
