The Music Maker 2026 Premium Download Manager is completely non-functional on Windows 11, intel i7, Nvidia GeForce Graphics, 16gb ram, 6gb dedicated graphics + 400gb free SSD storage.
The progress bar does not move, the remaining time is frozen, and there is no download speed at all.
I have already removed all Magix-related files from my system — which unfortunately caused the loss of client projects — yet the issue still persists.
I am requesting that you provide full direct download links for the installers, not the Download Manager. I need the complete installation files for the following products:
- Music Maker 2026 Premium
- SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 12
- iZotope Ozone 11 Elements
Please also check your system for any open support tickets under Email removed by Moderator. It has been almost two months with no response from the Magix support team to any ticket or email.
I need these downloads urgently, as this issue is preventing me from continuing my work.
