From your question I assume you have successfully transferred your video to your computer and edited it in VE. Is that correct? And you now want to put the footage onto a USB stick so that it can be viewed on your TV. Is that correct?

If so, having saved the project on your computer, you need to Export it, most commonly as an .mp4 file, save it to your computer and then copy that file to your Memory Stick. If you want to be able to view it on a TV, check carefully exactly what format requirements the TV has. mp4 is a "container" format and can include the use of a variety of codecs, at least some of which your TV may not handle.
