Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

If the Registration screen is failing to contact the Magix servers (assuming they're not affected by the current worldwide cyberhack!) I would suggest you ensure your firewall is allowing MEP through. it doesn't do anything  sounds very much as if the connection from your computer to Magix is being blocked. So, I think you should check your firewall settings.
