Downloading and installing extra contents in Movie Edit pro

I have difficulty in installing extra contents such as Menu 2 after downloading it from the software's pop up. A pop-up appears in German which seems to say there was some error. I don't speak German so I don't understand what it says. Is there any other way that extra contents can be downloaded from Magix website? By the way, thanks for helping me out with my first problem Cubeace and Johnebaker. But my problem is still not solved as you can see from the above

Since you have posted this as a new question I have closed your other thread so that anyone wanting to help can see the problem is now rather different!

In order to help you, can you take a screenshot of the error message you are receiving and post it here? I don't speak German either, but can just about read it and there are a number of users who are quite fluent in the language.

My suspicion is that you may be experiencing a Magix server problem that is preventing the download of all the additional content.
