Hi

More information is needed - see this post.

What do you mean by 'Magix drives' ?

'Lifecam camera' - do you mean viewing this as another drive or as a recording device ?

What are you actualy trying to do ?

Hi John

Lifecam is a USB Microsoft webcam and I cannot get one to record via the record button in MEP. MEP cannot connect to or find the device.

Any ideas?

Peter

Hi

@ Peter

A generic answer - assuming the webcam appears in Device Manager, is have you tried updating the driver by right clicking the device, select Properties, Update driver ?

Which particular model of the LIfecam is it ? Some versions require the 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 driver installing in compatability mode.
