During setup, error comes up saying setup file is corrupt

The message says Expected File size: 1252975360

Actual File Size: 639002242

I have tried many times to uninstall and reinstall the program and I get the same messages. How do you get ahold of from someone in the support division? $129 is a lot for a program that won't work.
