Hi

Try the following:

  1. With the MEP open, select File, Settings, Reset program settings to default

  2. Close the program

  3. Click Windows start button, Power, Restart

  4. Once Windows has restarted , wait a minute or two then start MEP again

Note:

  1. Rebooting the computer using power off and back on again does not force Windows to reload all the drivers unlike a Restart

  2. Resetting MEP back to default will lose any customisations to the programs settings you made.

HTH
