Whether anyone else who posts here is an "educational" user is doubtful, I think so I wonder whether you will receive useful advice, sorry.

You say you have reached out to Magix 4 different times but did that include emailing infoservice@magix.net with full details of your purchase? If so, and still no reply I can only suggest sending another email to that address and trying again!

Yes (twice), I've even tried again. I've opened a support ticket, emailed the US Shop, and verification at least 3 times. No Response, however, they accepted my payment and I have no licenses for the products I purchased. What's going on here? Very unprofessional!

Magix GMBH has been recently undergoing major restructuring of products and personnel, though that is no excuse for what you are experiencing.

Did you receive any response to your Support Ticket? This is normally in the form of an initial automated response but should have included a Ticket Number. Have you tried replying to that initial response and asking for an update? The Ticket number is the all-important detail that will link all correspondence about the problem. If that is not present there is a danger that emails will not receive any response from anyone at Magix.

Understandable! I'm sorry I can't offer any other suggestions.

If it's of any consolation I have been trying for some days to contact a member of Magix staff to ask a question, so far without success!
