I recently deactivated the email account under which my Vegas software is registered. Now I cannot open my software because I get a message that the program is licensed to a different email address. I have tried logging in to my Magix account with the old email to change it to the new email, but it is not accepting the information, so I had to create a second account so I could log in and access support. I need to change the email address on my account so I can use the software because it worked until yesterday and I am in the middle of a project. I know Vegas products are under the purview of BorisFX now, but they do not manage the licensing for Vegas 23 and are of no help in this matter. Please help!
