okay, first, my problem is that my software will not open. It says "Move Studio Platinum has stopped working" and then closes out. I need help!!! Also, i find it unacceptable to be able to receive direct support. I can't find a chat option, email option, phone number anything. i paid money for this software that i now cant use, and this is a business. i lose time and money when i can't edit. FIX THIS.
