Erro ativação soundforge 11

Não estou conseguindo ativar o soundforge 11
sony aparece a seguinte mensagem

 

An error occurred during registration of Sound Forge Pro 11.0.
Unable to connect to the Registration Server.
Error 12002: O tempo limite da operacao foi atingido

Please verify your Internet connection and click Retry to try again. If you
click Cancel, information will be provided so you can register using
alternative methods.
