As you posted again on the now locked thread without replying here with answers to my original question I will add one more thing. If you bought this cheap from a third party site (other than Magix) you may have been sold an already registered copy that needs de-registering. If it is your copy from Magix then you need to find your original registered account at Magix to de-register it from your old machine. If you can't remember your original account you need to contact Magix direct via the 'Support' button at the top of this thread.
Were is a de-register button? I have looked everywhere, but there is no de-registration option in the service center. At least I don't see it. I did buy my product directly from Magix and it is a re-install on another device.
The problem is, that I have the e-mail with the serial number, but the serial number is not registered in my account. And after re-installing, I get the -24 error code. Whatever I do, I cannot get to the place where my serial code is registered. It can't be someone else as I gave it to nobody. And I'm 100% sure about the e-mail accounts I'm using. So it must be some error at magix. I have tried to call them, but all the after 10 times of waiting for nothing I stopped with that. On the support interface there is no e-mail nor chat option, so I'm getting a little bit upset about the bad service from magix. I just want to re-install a honestly purchased product on their own website. No second hand. No third party. And still no solution.
No, as I first registered the trial version on our family e-mail, that is the account that exists and is still active. But it only lists the trial version as product. I purchased the product a week after installing the trial version using my work e-mail. For the re-installation, both e-mail addresses don't work. So I confirm that the serial number was sent to a different e-mail than my Magix account. I expected it has something to to with that so I tried to register the product on the second e-mail address, but it tells me the serial number is not correct. Which can't be true... I purchased the product on the Magix website.
Again. We can't help you. We are only end users of the program.
Only by getting in touch with Magix support can you sort this. Give them the two email addresses you used and see if they can change the access for you. I suggest contacting the sales team using the link I supplied earlier.
