Error activating an upgrade of Photostory Deluxe

Hi, have extended support for this program, but do not get the "Content Packages" enabled, as serial number is stated to be incorrect.

These are user to user forums, so not a contact for Magix Support. Because they are open to anyone to access your confidential serial number has been removed. You should never post such data in the forums.

What "content packages" are you expecting to receive?
