I get the following error message when I attempt to load a video, "This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support. , Error Code: -24"
Following your softwares' instructions, I go to your website url...

I then click on Contact Support > New Request
And get the following message which states,
"Contact Support - You don't have products registered. Maybe you forgot to register your product at MAGIX?" Just below the message, there is a button which reads, "NEXT" However, it is blocked and doesn't allow me to proceed to the next screen.
Sitting here looking at my desktop, I have Vegas Pro, Corel VideoStudio, PowerDirector and all installed without any problems. I review your site and see that you guys don't even respond to questions on weekends.
Is this a joke? Seriously, I am disappointed in the software and getting support after purchasing your product is simply non-existant. What do I do at this point? File complaints with the BBB in hopes that you get a F- ( Cpnsidering that your company already has a F rating. Ref: go.bbb.org/1fMpWIG ) , Ripoff Report, iRipoff, Bad Business sites on the internet in hopes that someone out there will do something to assist me?
Or, should I continue making viral videos which I do and have done over the past several years informing people about your product?
Obviosuly, I could do several things but hopefully your company will stand behind the product and do the right thing by looking up my email address and the serial that I used when I tried to install the software an hour or two ago and assist me by getting the software up and running within the next 24 hours.
I would post the serial number here but considering this is a forum, I will decline any request to post identifiable information, etc.
I would contact your support but again, I am stopped at 33% with a non-functional Next button!! Hopefully, you will fix the error that I am having on your end so in say 24 hours, If I try and do the initial registration, It will work without error. If not, I'll skip your software and stay with the software that I am use too and start sharing my experience with your company online to the millions of people whom like myself thought about purchasing the software but wasn't sure.
