From where did you purchase the unknown product?

Did you previously register this unknown product with Magix using the provided SN?

Both accounts? You should only have one account. Your email address is your username and it and the SN have to go together. You cannot use a different email address from the one that the product is registered with.

See this which is very easy to find under SUPPORT at the top of the forum. Follow the instructions there.

Did you look in your account(s)? Is the product there? Use that email address (account) with the product that is registered to that account.

Actually other products appear in both accounts, but, upon closer inspection neither account shows "Movie Studio 2022 Platinum". I have no idea what email account the product is associated with if any.

Removed the SN. The problem I am having is error code -24. I've tried signing in with both emails I believe are the possible emails and I continue to receive the error code 24. So, I am at an impass.unless magix has some other recomendations all I can do is get my money back

One final note I can access the program and open it. The problem is I can't down load any of my video clips. I receive a message the clips must be modified to be down loaded. When I attempt the free modification I receive the error code 24 message.

Hi Rick and welcome to the user to user forums.

It sounds like you may have tried to re-install the program. Possibly more than once.

You should have created a Magix account. What product does show their?

It should look like this with at least one activation for the program free and it's activation code (Redacted on my example)

It both slots say they are activated, you need to click on at least one of them and de-register it.

Assuming your service provider and email has not been changed since you registered the product, the code on that page should work. If details have changed, then go to your profile in your account and change the details to match your current computers details for email address etc.

Come out of your account. Give the Magix servers about 15 minutes for the data to be processed and then try registering the product again using the code showing in your account on that page. If you say the product is not showing then what product is showing?

Do you mean when you try to import a video clip into the program a popup is telling you to you need to activate, for free, a codec and when you try to do so you get a second message giving you the error - 24 already registered to another email address?

If so email Magix at infoservice@magix.net explaining your problem and ask them to merge your two accounts into one and the your preferred email address you would like to use - you may need to deregister the program(s) and reactivate with the preferred email address.

This exactly the problem I am having.
