Error for one time activation

I have movie edit pro 14. I have been making videos for years. Every once in awhile this message comes up that i need to do a one time activation. I need this up and running now! How do i contact someone directly to get this issue resolved?

Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 14 released in 2004 or Movie Edit Pro 2014?

We also need to know more about your computer, the version of Windows the program is running on and the program version number - see this topic for the details that are required.

Movie edit pro 2014 premium. I actually got it to work. My firewall was blocking me from registering again.
