Can you post a screen shot of the error message - I suspect that there is a typo in the above and it should read
. . . . . . . . Failed to WaveOutWrite . . . .
In which case there may be an issue with the audio track in the video clip, or your Windows installation.
Download and install MediaInfo, analyse the video clip and post the results from the Text view in MediaInfo.
What is your computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
The problem is with any video from the GoPro. I did some editing using this computer and videos from the same camera before, what was different this time was that when the program opened asked for an update.
Will try to upload a video from the phone and try it.
I tried with videos from different sources like my phone and nothing....Allways the same error: Failed to WaveOutWrite.
Today I remove the program from the computer, reboot and re-install it using the original link sent by Magix. After opening the program and trying to load a video clip, the same error pop up.
