Error Message - "Bad Crumbs"

Just now I have purchased Sound Forge Pro Mac 3 & installed. When I opened the software for the first time, it has given me message of “Bad Crumbs”. Same message I am receiving for Convrt.

I am not able to find any solution on my own. Please help.

@Ashish-Keskar Sound Forge is not compatible with Catalina or Big Sur. I would suggest you contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net or shop@magix.net and request a refund.
