@Nigel-Watson I hope you have an installation CD-ROM to reinstall the software. I'm pretty sure that it's no longer possible to download such old software from your Magix customer account.

Make a backup of all your projects and everything you downloaded from the Online content catalog, because you'll not be able to re-download anything. The servers are no longer online.

Then uninstall your software and delete the installation.ini file under C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\[Program name]\. After that reinstall the software from your CD-ROM.
