. . . . message No.5 appear to me when recording a developed movie of a blu ray disc . . . .

We need more information about where the error that has occurred during burning a movie to disc.

The burn log is located in the following location - copy and paste this -

%Appdata%\Magix

into the Windows File Explorer address bar and then locate the dbk.log file in the folder for your Program version ie Videodeluxenn where nn = the version number

The log file can be opened with Notepad and the last burn logging will be at the bottom of the file - please post only the section of the error log that starts with date line ie

to just after where the error message occurs.
