'File' >>'Export movie' >> gives a menu with all the supported formats, 'Video as AIV...', Video as MPG...' etc. but most of them have additional choices either from a set of templates in the down menu or by making your own using options under the 'Advanced' button.

Much more under 'Help' from the top menu bar -- search for 'format' and pick the 'Export movie' item etc.

ADDED: just noticed that my preset lists in MEP 2014 was missing all the PAL entries.

AND THEN... Saw that I did not have the new 'Show all' box ticked. :-(
