Update: Depending on the version of Movie Edit Pro (MEP) you are referring, support for Quicktime export has been dropped, the last version that supported Quicktime export was MEP 2020.
Apple discontinued support for Quicktime for Windows in 2016 and the MOV format is effectively obsolete as far as Windows systems are concerned, there are few mobile devices that, apart from Apples own, that support the MOV container file format.
