exporting not working

i have windows 8 and have got the trial version of magix movie edit pro 2014 premium, i have used it before and managed to create videos and export no problem, but now i have a video i go to export it says its doing it and then it says finished i go to the destination folder and click the video and in doesnt have all the video clips in the movie all the audio is there but not all the video?? please help

I answered partially there. Please confirm if you are using the trial or registered version of MEP.

The trial version should only export (IIRC) the first 3 minutes of the movie.

I think you problem may be related to a missing video codec - are the source files of a different format?

When you purchase the full version this is unlocked, as are many other video/audio codecs.
