I am testing this software out and whenever I try to save and export into windows media format, it only goes up to three minuets. this is extremely frustrating and annoying. is it like this until I actually buy it? Full name of Software is Movie Edit Pro Plus. I am using Win10.

Assuming you are using the trial version then that is correct - the trial version has limited functionality - the 3 minute export is one of the limits.
You should have a warning about this pop up every time you start the program.

Unfortunately, Kaspersky may be the reason for the problem; either its firewall is blocking access or the installation of cookies (despite your setting to enable cookies) or its antivirus is seeing a false positive. Try turning Kaspersky off for the duration whilst you attempt to complete registration.
