fading in and out of multiple clips

This is my workflow.  (Note I do not want to use multi cam)

I have two cameras recording the same subjects.  One gives the overall scene, the other is used to pan and zoom.

I place the overall scene on the time line, then the pan and zoom below it.  I then sync these two clips.

On the pan and zoom clip, I trim short clips, so when rendered as a whole, you would get something like this:

Overall, pan and zoom, overall, pan and zoom, and so on.

I place a fade at the beginning and end of each pan and zoom, so there is a smooth transition between these two clips.

Question is this:

Can I apply the fades, beginning and end, to a series of clips at one time?  It would become tenious to do this for each clip.

Also, is there a forum where I can post examples of my previous work.  This would serve as an example of what I've done ealier. I'm migrating to Magix, after using another editing program.  Is it OK to post a link here to items I've posted on Vimeo?
