Fail to activate NewBlue Filters

Used coupon to download filter from Magix store, downloaded filter and got through installation process.

Then in the registration process at NewBlue they rejected my sign in and modules are not registered. Cannot repeat process.

Tells me coupon is already used. NewBlue cannot obviously not help. They say I need a serial number. But there is knowwhere a serial number to use in the process. That's it. End of the road. What to do.

Hi Armin, and welcome to the user to user forum for Movie Edit Pro (MEP).

If you have downloaded the effect into MEP, the serial number should be showing in the box alongside where it shows.

Thank you Ray for the fast reply. I do not have 'Extra Effects' available. After downloading into MEP I have the Filters in 'Effecs' tab under 'NewBlue Filters' list all right there. If I click on any of those and apply to video sequence, all I select there is 'activate' or 'options' which both opens the NewBlue application manager but no serial shows anywhere. Not working for me? NewBlueFX support has no idea. They cannot help. Do not know if Magix support team has anything for me

Will do and get in touch with them directly. I also have the problem that the installation manager always pops up every time I open MEP even though I already downloaded all extras already. Don't know how to turn it off.

I am using Magix for years and never had these many issues? Thanks again
