Failure during install to new Windows 10 laptop

Hi,

I am attempting to install Movie Edit Pro 18 onto a completely new windows 10 machine. The install stops with the following error, has anybody come across this and have a fix please? Thanks

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

From the file path you have given it looks like you are installing Vegas Pro 18 not Movie Edit Pro 18 which is a very different program.

Vegas products have their own forum here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there.
