Finding source of sound pool pieces

Sometimes I can't remember which sound pool a piece of my composition came from since I have been taking different parts from different pools. I have tried the search feature and it doesn't seem to always locate it based on the name on the sound pool block.

Also, how can I tell which pieces came from a unlimited use license and which are for private use.. are there some properties that can be pulled up with that information?

I've always used Windows Explorer to search my soundpools directory on my hard drive.  But, that's just me.

Since I don't have limited and unlimited soundpools, I don't know if this will help, but...

If you right-click on any object in the media pool and pick Properties, it will give you a list of all of the "available" information on that audio object.  If you compare the two known types, perhaps you'll see something to differentiate them.

I just found it... right clicking on a sound object in the arranger and choosing : "View style and instrument in Soundpool" takes you right to the item in the sound pool, though I'm finding that it doesn't find all items every time, or maybe the ones it finds don't have the same style.

The MX sound pools set up within the program is very good and makes it easy to find things based on type of music, etc. The right click properties function in that list sometimes brings up a MM window, and at other times brings up a standard Windows file properties window, but neither of them has any information on which are private use and which are under the unlimited license that I can see.
