Finished 3D movie edited in MEP 2013 Plus

Hi Gang...Just finished my first 3D full length movie and it was totally edited in MEP 2013 Plus and animated in iClone 5. I would have used 2014, but the bug fixes weren't addressed in time to get started. I'm planning a sequel and hopefully 2014 can be used. Thanks for all who helped with answers and tips!

Hi

Looks like that took a long while to create!

Is the movie uploaded as 3D - the sections I have looked at I only see in 2D?

Wow, must set aside time to watch that more fully, but first impressions are that it looks truly professional, well done!

How long did it take to upload to YT?

Terry, East Grinstead, UK. PC: i7 6700K, 4.0 GHz, 32GB with Win 10 pro. Used many earlier versions of MEPP, currently mainly MEPP 2016 & 2017 (Using scores of macro scripts to add functionality, tailored to these versions.)

It took almost 24 hours for the YT file to upload and process, and I had to do it twice. My first attempt was with an mpeg4 file I had encoded from the master file, and when I played it back on YT, some of the sound was missing. Turns out one of the tracks in MEP had gotten turned off for whatever reason, so I had to reencode the file and upload to YT again. Sigh, pays to pay attention to everything. The reference to 3D is as compared to 2D animation, such as Crazy Animator. iClone is an amazing product and I've only scratched the surface of what it can do. I rendered individual scenes in iClone as MP4 files, and then assembled then in MEP. The music was added after all the assembly had been completed and was purchased from Kevin MacLeod. I love his music and it's affordable. The whole project from inception to finish took 2 years and never once did it become a job. I'm planning a sequel now, and hope to use MEP 2014 this time for assembly.
