I have a PAL Video camera and need to make the Videos for PAL and another for NTSC (live in Canada and France)

I use Magix Movie Edit Pro MX

You say only 'Videos' -- do you mean burning DVDs of simply files for use on a computer? If you got to the top menu 'Help' and search for 'PAL or 'NTSC' you will find a list of topics.

My situation is that I have a Camera in PAL. Now I want ot make a DVD in PAL and a DVD in NTSC to show it here in Canada or in France.Is there a way to change the project MVP file from NTSC to PAL and render and burn, or is it possible (and better or worse quality ?) to convet the DVD made in PAL to NTSC ?
