Format music to MP3.

I've finished a song and I wanted to put my songs to the internet, but this must be MP3 format. How can I make music to MP3 format?

File (pull-down menu) > Export > Audio as MP3.

Be sure to set the bit-rate to the value you want. (The higher the bit-rate, the better the sound and the larger the file size.) Also "normalizing" is usually a good idea.
