Cleaning Lab 3 often freezes when trying to open files that were recorded on Lab 1 or 2. Must close down computer to get out of software. As well, when recording large files (e.g. 2 hours plus) cleaning lab 3 freezes and again, I have to close down my computer to exit the software. Does not happen if using cleaning lab 1 or 2 which I have used to record files that were in excess of 4 hours. Computer is an HP.
