Has anyone been experiencing MEP Premium freezing regardless of size or complexity of the project? I have been having this issue since installing the latest software update on 11/29/2021. I hope this major issue can be resolved.

Only on older complex 4K projects where plugins have changed or are missing from the new version.
The new version is much more resource hungry than any previous version.
If you are still running the Dell Quad Core 2.4 Ghz, 4 GB RAM PC, you are probably well behind the current needs of the program. If not, please supply as much information about your new computer as possible.

This did not occur in the previous update of MEP Premium. I am using an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz, with 16 gb of RAMM. If I can obtain the previous version prior to 21.0.1.104, I would greatly appreciate it until this issue is resolved.

As this is a user forum only, (no Magix staff on the forums here) it would be best to contact Magix via the infoservice@magix,net email address with your request. We have recommended this to other users on the forum and so far no-one has come back saying they have been refused.
The issue will not be resolved as such, as the programs requirements when met in full meaning a third party graphics card meeting the minimum specs and preferably somewhat higher, is needed as well, the program runs as expected. The next upgrade may be even more demanding next year. It's the nature of upgrades in programs.

The computer spec you have posted is incomplete - the i7-5820K does not have an integrated graphics processor, what is the make /model of the graphics card in the computer, hard drive size(s) and free space, Windows version and build number?
It would help if you put the above specs in your profile siganture to save us asking for them in future.
A screen shot of the Program settings, Device options tab would also help.
