Can I save my homepage on my PC and then put it out whit FTP?

How can I Save it on my PC?

I guess that you are making your ovn homepage, so there for, you are already
saving your homepage onto your computer.

And yes you can put it out on the internet whit FTP.

i am sorry, but i have to correct mrfilm.

With the Website Maker, you are not able to save a project locally since it is a purely web-based service. Also, there is no FTP transfer available in the current version.

It is a concept very different from a typical HTML editor.

I heard that a lot of improvements will be available in the V3 of the WSM.
Maybe they also implement FTP transfer...
