Gain in rendering time

I use Vegas Pro 18 on a computer with the following specs: Ryzen 9 5800x, 32 Gb RAM and RTX 3070 graphics card. Will upgrading the processor to a Ryzen 9 5900x greatly decrease render time and pre-render?
