I received DVD with MVDL2026Plus, installed, my serial number is not accepted, registeing or activation say wrong serial number , support gives autocreated number but don't give answer ???

HI

When you purchased VDL 2026 Plus you will have received an confirmation email with the serial number, beginning with P3- for the software. Copy and Paste the whole serial number into the activation dialog and use the email address you purchased the software with.

If you received a Voucher code a series of blocks of characters separated by hyphens (-) , you can redeem the voucher here and a serial number will be emailed to you.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, not a contact for any Magix staff. Because this is a public forum data like email addresses and order number should never be posted here. Hence I have edited your post.

To resolve the problem, log into your Magix account using the wrong email address. Go to User data and correct the recorded email address. Wait a few minutes and then try again to register and activate your software.

I purchased VDL 2026 Plus on DVD, I received an email confirming my order.
I received the DVD on my post adres with invoice.
The serial number is on the back of the DVD case and on the invoice.
I didn't receive an email with another serial number (P3). I installed the program, try to start and I have to give the serial nummer, it was not accepted. Then by registering or activating, I received the message "INVALID SERIAL NUMBER." I try to have support, I receive a ticket number and that was it.

The fact it doesn't exist doesn't matter! You used it to purchase the software, therefore it exists in your Magix account!

So, please follow my advice and use it to log into your account and then correct your email address.

From where did you purchase the DVD? The fact that the serial key on the back of the DVD case and on the invoice is not accepted suggests you may have bought the product from a third-party seller I think. If so, it is the seller's responsibility to ensure you have a valid key. In these circumstances Magix will have no record of your purchase so can do nothing to help you.

Also, the fact you didn't receive an email with another serial number again suggests you did not purchase VDL 2026 Plus direct from Magix.

One other thing: if the key you have does not begin with P3 it is NOT a serial key but rather a voucher code. In that case please go to this page, carefully follow all the instructions and you will be sent a valid serial key by email.

I purchased the program with DVD at  https://www.magix.com/nl/videobewerking/video-deluxe/ but I can now say that everything is resolved and I apologize for bothering you as the fault was mine.

I thought I had received the serial number.
But your reference to a P3 number put me on the right track.
So I re-entered my voucher number instead of copying/pasting it, and received an email with the P3 serial number.
My mistake was an "O" instead of "0," and everything was fine. I always copied the letter instead of the number.
