Hi,

normally a capture device comes with a software, be sure you have installed the USB driver for your device check in device manager if the driver is present and active.

Hi, that software has drivers for win 7, 8, vista and xp, but not for win 10.

The issue you are having is most likely the installed drivers for the Grabster are not 64 bit.

Assuming it is the AV300MX 32/64 bit drivers are available here.

buy a new capture device like MovieBox Usb 2.0 or better USB 3.0 this comes with driver and capture software also works with Magix.
