Is 'Max' an alias? Are you also Marco (marco6)? From whom I'm still awaiting a reply to my 09:22 post yesterday morning? I'll assume you are...

You do indeed have some strangely justified text, although it's not possible to know your layout intentions. Its positioning varies throughout - I thought perhaps deliberately, as an attention-getting device?

Anyway, as I said yesterday, that's not the entire solution to your truncated captions. Have you studied my suggestion re your *_Matte.mp4 files?

As a specific example, if I play the project you uploaded (after deleting the various objects scattered after its obviously intended end), then at about 5s from its start I see this:

Or (if the clip does not embed here) use this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ijtvic7bpspwlcy/2017-04-27-extract.mp4?dl=0

Your text object HEAVY-DUTY ENGINEERED is correctly justified. Changing it to L or R just changes the position of the missing parts.

Hi Terry,

No, if you look at maxcon62's avatar you will see he is moderator on the forums.

Is 'Max' an alias?

No... I'm the Italian moderator !

Marco6 has asked the same question in the Italian forum

I've analyzed his project and I've found the solution to the problem that I've posted in the English forum in order to let you know.

@terrypin

The real problem of Marco wasn't about the dimension of the "5s from its start", easly solvable with a retrenchment of the text

but in the remaining part of the video, where the text was partially visible after the rendering

I've corrected his project and you can find that in this link

Understood!

It would have been helpful to hear from the OP too 😉

So Marco had at least two problems then.

Perhaps Marco found that error before he uploaded his project example? It does not appear in the project here! At that timeline point I see this:

Which as you say is easily corrected by justifying that to Centre.

Puzzling...

Had I known the topic was also being discussed in what I presume is Marco's native language, I wouldn't have spent time on it. So, to avoid any further confusion, as they say on Dragon's Den, I'm out!

Thanks Maxcon, that's right! In fact, justifying right or left is no longer "in the frame" (but the question now is: why? How can I use the justified text?) Now I download your project and watch it, thank you very much !! PS:

Do you also notice a white line above the "strong & adjustable" post after export? And why?

marco6 wrote on 5/22/2017, 1:22 AM

Of course, thanks to Maxcon and to ALL the answer to my problem :)

In this example is above the "self centering turntable" text (a thin line)
