Handles in timeline dissappears

  • I have a project that contain video-clips from 5 different cameras. When I moves all the clips to the timeline for editing, the handles to start or stop fade (the little white dot) and the transitions icons are gone. Open a new blank project with just few clips on the timeline, they are shown again. I am running MEP 18.0.2.235.

Any ideas ?

well---played a little around myself (have tried before. though)

It seems that the track height in the editor is causing this problem, strangely enough I have not changed that, and for me it seems that MEP "adjust" the height according to the amount of clips..

So just pull the height of the track just a little solved this..

Hi

. . . . track height in the editor is causing this problem, strangely enough I have not changed that . . . . MEP "adjust" the height according to the amount of clips . . . .

I have never see MEP, in any version, automatically change the height of the tracks.

However I have 'accidentally' changed the heights of the tracks when using the zoom buttons bottom right of the timeline - in my haste I clicked the upper right controls instead of the lower pair.

I have also done this when locking a series of tracks missing the lock and clicking either of the 2 height controls to the right of the lock as shown below
